Job summary

The ESG Impact Reporting Manager is responsible for implementing MTN Ghana’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy via performance metrics and impact reporting. The role ensures alignment with global ESG frameworks and regulatory standards while supporting transparency, evaluations, mechanisms aligned to sustainable business practices. This role works cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders to measure sustainability impact, manage ESG data, and produce high-quality sustainability and impact reports.

5 years minimum experience in data analytics and reporting of which 3 years must have been in Sustainability & Social Impact reporting in a supervisory role.

•Strong knowledge of all main analytics tools and techniques

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

•Knowledge and ability to analyse KPIs and provide detailed reports

•Project management reporting principles
