Supervising, coordinating, and managing the activities of Microfinance Officers to ensure effective service delivery, customer satisfaction, and quality growth of the microfinance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing microfinance strategies
• Supervising and leading Microfinance Officers
• Monitoring portfolio performance and managing defaults
• Overseeing loan disbursement and recovery
• Conducting field visits and community stakeholder engagement
• Creating training programs for staff development
• Preparing performance reports and ensuring regulatory compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or Community Development
• 6 years in microfinance, with minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Rural banking familiarity preferred
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent knowledge of microfinance operations, policies, and regulations
